These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, bookings, purchases, and use of our website.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you confirm that you accept these terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or on a walk-in basis, subject to availability.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept an adjusted service.

No deposit is required to secure an appointment unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We appreciate timely notice, as it allows us to accommodate other clients.

All services rendered are non-refundable.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on the style, size, length, and time required.

Final pricing will be confirmed at the salon before the service begins.

We accept cash, credit or debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

5. Health & Safety

We maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional environment at all times.

Clients are responsible for informing the stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service begins.

Francess Hair Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions if such conditions are not disclosed.

6. Children & Guests

Children are welcome for services and must be supervised at all times.

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that no additional guests accompany clients unless necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, logos, branding, and website content are the property of Francess Samura and Francess Hair Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Francess Hair Studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal style preferences after the service has been completed.

We are not liable for hair damage resulting from previous treatments, chemical use, or undisclosed hair or scalp conditions.
